1. General Policy
All ticket sales are considered final once purchased.
Due to limited event capacities and pre planned venue, instructor, and animal welfare arrangements, refunds are not automatically available for change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or non-attendance.
2. Event Cancellations or Changes
If an event is cancelled or rescheduled by CORE & CLAW, all ticket holders will be notified via the email address used for booking.
You will be offered the option to:
Transfer your ticket to the new event date, or
Receive a full refund of the ticket price (excluding any third-party booking fees, if applicable).
We are not responsible for additional costs such as travel or accommodation.
3. Transfers or Substitutions
If you can’t attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person at no charge.
Please email us at meow@coreandclaw.com.au at least 24 hours before the event with the new attendee’s full name and contact details.
4. No-Show Policy
If you do not attend the event without prior notice, the ticket will be forfeited and no refund will be issued.
This includes instances of illness, transport delays, or other personal circumstances unless otherwise required by law.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that emergencies can happen. If you experience a genuine hardship or unforeseen situation, please contact us at meow@coreandclaw.com.au prior to the event. Refunds or credits may be offered at our sole discretion.
6. Third-Party Fees
Tickets purchased via third-party booking platforms may be subject to separate platform fees, which are non-refundable. Please refer to the booking provider’s policy for details.
